Shipping Times (within Canada):
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, your package will be shipped the next business day. Most orders arrive 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada. We want you to love us so FAST shipping is our top priority.

We've been notified that Canada Post is anticipating this upcoming Holiday season to be abnormally busy due to the massive increase in online shopping. They’ve announced they will not be guaranteeing delivery dates, and that we must anticipate delays. To ensure avoiding a potential Christmas capacity crunch, we advise you to order in advance.

RETURN POLICY
All PINKARAT products currently fall under the Personal Care category and due to COVID-19 restrictions, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we do offer product exchanges on any items that can be proven to be defective.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
Email concierge@pinkarat.ca if you receive items that are defective or damaged. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will require an order number (located at the top right of packing list) and photo of damaged item. You may exchange defective items or items damaged during shipment within 7 days of delivery date.
